PARADE INFORMATION

One of the highlights of our Tulip Time Festival is the parades! We feature two parades on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday - an afternoon parade at 2:30pm and a lighted evening parade at 8:30pm.

The best way to see the parade is from the Grandstand. A Grandstand ticket will not only provide you with a reserved seat for the parade, but a perfect seat for viewing the Grandstand show, which begins 90 minutes prior to parade time.

The afternoon Grandstand show features Dutch dancing and singing, Parade of Provinces (Dutch costume style show), cheese market demonstration, presentation of the Queen and her Court, the famous street scrubbing, and the presentation of colors.

Parade line-up information will be posted in late April.  Please contact the Tulip Time Office, 641-628-4311 or avasina@pellahistorical.com for more information.
