Artifact Donations

Pella Historical Museums strives to care for and preserve Pella’s history and Dutch heritage. To best ensure that we follow the Museum’s Mission and Vision statements, all donations are carefully considered by the Archivist Administrator, Executive Director, and Assistant Director.
If you wish to donate an item, please email archives@pellahistorical.com with the following information:

Type of item(s), age, origin, previous owners, condition, full names and dates of people represented, material it is made out of, size, connection to Pella history or Dutch heritage, etc.

Attach picture(s) of the item(s). If it’s a book, include one of the title page.
We are unable to accept donations without this information shared in advance of drop-off.
